关于企业级SSD smart清零这个,我曾经跟相关的商家聊过。
Samsung:
Samsung的所有SATA盘都可以清,但是有个bug是B1清零无效。
因此如果你觉得自己的SATA盘可能存在问题,看一下B1。
如下图所示
这个盘是我之前买到的清零的SM863A 1.92T
可以看见B1=307(133换算10进制)
也就是说尽管这个盘清零了,但是B1还是记录了307次PE,鉴于这个盘价格很不错,笔者就没深究(毕竟6000+PE的盘,还是当仓库还是1R/G的eMLC)。

目前已知的Samsung大部分nvme盘还不存在能清零的可能。
2019.5.13更新
Samsung的消费级NVME已经失守,大批量的SM961,PM961(北极星主控)的SSD翻车,凤凰主控的PM981/PM981A目前暂无相关翻车案例。
关于Intel
Intel的早期盘SF2281系列早就可以清零了,这个也不是新闻了。
重点放在intel的DC S3XXX系列上。
之前跟清零商家也交流过,大概是这样的。
牙膏厂的S3510/S3610/S3710使用主控intel PC29AS21CB0
牙膏厂的S3500/S3600/S3700使用主控intel PC29AS21CA0
尽管主控一致,但是不同主控搭配不同固件,而对于S35XX的开卡工具已经流出,据说因为工厂内鬼的因素,之前报价应该是15R/个清零。
目前已知的就是S35XX不怎么安全,36/37系列还算安全。
NVME方面也都算安全。
关于镁光
这个不用聊太多了
marvell 88SS918X几乎都有开卡工具,但是并不是所有盘都可以用,不同盘搭配的固件也不同。
不过很多盘是可以清的。
建议要买也买M600这种比较新的洋垃圾MLC
或者转投Marvell 88SS1074主控的TLC阵营也行。

还是要看一下的,比如现在的545S这种 SMI2259,还算比较新,还是的安全~

通过查保修日期是看这盘究竟什么时候出厂的,不是为了去保修。
市场上,新的盘从量大的商家那里买,基本不存在什么用过几天几周的事情,人家做的是流水的生意,没空玩小把戏。真正用过的盘,唯一可能成量出现在市场的可能就是拆机盘,这种盘一查出厂日期就明白。

请教下楼主啊,860 pro应该没法清吧?好像是新主控,但是850 pro看二手市场好多0读写盘,难道也能清?另外商家说三星盘0读写,这个看b1虽然知道大概写了多少,但是跟宣称的0读写盘也是差距很大

nvme也没那么安全。
就我所知,至少三星nvme的pm963/961是可以清零。
至于其他的,去咸鱼搜nvme+通电测试盘,凡是出现的型号,不用担心一竿子打死,绝对都是沦陷了的

镁光m600我看算了吧,就没见到多少个有读写的二手盘的,我相信厂家不是做慈善的,生产一堆新盘不卖直接当福利发了。

买了个三星,f1有数值,b1 b3都是0,难道工具p*****改进了?

F1有数值很正常,B1这种,代表DWPD次数,要比较大量的写入才会引起变化。
F1这种LBA的一般是512b就有数据变化了。
你算一下F1对应的写入值就知道大概是多少了,这种一般几m可能?通了个电之类的。
sata 800g的更慌,以后直接买新的算了
