日本电子维修技术 大家对于K9的盘做校准有没有好的方法?
由于K9的盘校准流程的问题,一般正常校准都不能自动到50结束,
所以K9盘校准修复率远没有K7高,一般如果流程没问题校准会到99停止,这个时候不能断电,(断电就进F级)直接N10,,22从10再跑,到50/4F结束后回写ATA修复~有的盘正常跑校准就会跑到F级,很郁闷!
但是有的盘N4E,,22时很多流程都没有,不知道大家是怎么解决的?据说可以通过修改固件来实现,希望知道的朋友赐教~
说说我今天修好的一块盘,K9的,原始故障是GHOST速度慢,MHDD检测没有坏道,一个修硬盘的哥们开校准了,可是跑到F级了~没办法搞了,拿给我了,我修复F级后校准后上MHDD无法检测,提示LBA不支持,可是LBA是正确的!于是又开了一次校准,结果中途断电了,又进F级,最后重复尝试了很多次,刚才终于正常校准结束了~奇怪的是这次直接跑到了50,而不是99!很奇怪,好像我N4E,,22的时候结束是到4F!我直接回写ATA后居然好了,检测没有坏道,而且速度很快!做系统速度也正常了!
这里很郁闷的是他怎么就正常到50了,我都不记得我自己怎么操作的了,因为尝试了太多次!希望有经验的朋友解释一下!

呵呵,等我改天遇见K9的,一定去试一次PCI修它,虽然现在我已经放弃修盘了,偶尔拿来弄弄也不错
从去年聚会之后,我还没修过一块盘。。

K9的盘我就没自校好过,真的不敢拿它做自校,做完之后往往死的很惨,无法向客户交待!

9代的盘听说很难搞,而且很容易搞死,,客户的盘都不去修,搞死了就不好交代了

K9的F级,一般都没有固件,用别的盘固件来跑F级,都会跑不完,有一个方法可以让他跑完。

我备份的固件挺多的~
一般都可以找到同系列的固件!
即使是当前盘是F级,我一般也有同批次同系列的备份固件,序列号前4位是一样的!CERT校验也是一样的!(修的都是本地处的盘,我接触到的所有盘基本都会备份固件,也经常从其他的做二手的朋友那里拿ST硬盘来备份固件!)
所以这里的固件应该没什么问题!
但是因为K9流程的问题,都需要到99再回10,主要希望可以解决这个问题!

我按楼主的方法顺利跑到了AGE=50
但是断电通电提示error read appcode,进入F级
我的盘是St160118s,7200.9 Tlite2d
救助恢复的方法,是不是appcode被破坏了,不知该如何恢复,加灯泡后试了SAVE to hdd失败,appcode应该选哪种启动方式
,skip,safe,intil都试了,都失败。

到50后不要断电! 直接回写ATA,只能修到可以认盘后再断电,否者就进F级!
这个时候可以直接做F级修复也可以回来!不过K9的盘,校准过程中不要断电,校准完成在没有认盘前也不要断电!

后来我加LDR从F级跑自检,跑了两三个小时就Abend4E,提示overlay出错,用灯泡加ldr回写overlay无效,慢写后提示stuff was unreadable 3.AAE.......什么什么的,我用LDR回写stuff无效,写了一个stuff扇区到vendor track 的第4个扇区,第14个扇区,还是提示stuff was unreadable 3.AAE,用ASCIIF什么提示不支持,用ASCI3C,83都试了,还是提示stuff was unreadable
求助斑竹该怎么回写,是不是要回写整个vendor track,我的盘是st3160811as ,3.AAE.LITExx的

为何每次跑到age=50的时候,按。或按;还没问题
按别的键,或输入别的指令,硬盘就失去响应了,没法只能断电重启,重启就提示app code 出错。
跑到Age=4F,就没问题,可以回写固件。

在流程中有一个是关闭键盘输入的,你的盘有能是键盘输入是关掉了,正常应该跑完这个流程就打开了。你这个盘不有打开,不要断电写ATA,ID扇区在断电。应该就可以。

还有,我的好象是跑到50的,难到到了50键盘还没打开吗,为何输入; 。都是有反应的
还有就是回到4F的话就可以回写,回写了之前备份的ATA 磁道和vendor 磁道后,还是提示stuff was unreadable 3.AAE XXXXXX的

这个系列的硬盘就这样问题多多
楼主4E输出的结果中有LOG不全现象,所以进F算是正常了
这个系列的硬盘SELF TEST的结果中,APP CODE将会变动,如果APP错误就一定会进F,这个系列硬盘需要的电流较大,我碰的是有的硬盘中间会有复位现象出现,最好是完全备份还有监控整个流程
