Why do you want to select a labor dispatch company? I think that labor dispatch system contradict with Japanese Craftsman's Spirit
As you know that the labor dispatch has continued for a long period since the Worker Dispatch Law was created in 1985. There are various kinds of worker which is connected closely with the dispatch.Especially in the computer software, an engineer has to engage different job content while the work enviroment is changing.Today he isdoing the C Programming another day maybe he will do something aboutphotshop and so on.In a word,frequently changing jobs make you very hard to be excellent in one field.
Therefore, I always doubt that the dispatch system contradict with Japanese Craftsman's Spirit.The craftsman spirit passed down in Japanese society for many years . Keep improving and make products to the extreme is a true portrayal of many Japanese companies.The cratrsman spirit needs more devotion and more concentrated in one field.It is apparent that it is not easy to become a craftsman if youare in a dispatch industry.
